Was let down the day before delivery by one of the big carpet shops. Was on a budget but desperate. Was amazed at the customer service that I received. I ended up with a better carpet for the same price. James also went out of his way to drop over two additional carpet samples over to our house when we needed to pick our final choice. Additionally the fitting team we worked with are clearly hard working. They hustled both days they came in to fit our house and they were incredibly polite too (which shouldn't be overlooked). We're incredibly happy with our new carpet and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone in the area.
